Bulk Upload Listing Feature
Bulk Upload is a convenient, hassle-free tool for those sellers who wish to list many items at once. This feature is currently provided FREE to all Gold and Platinum subscribers. Choosing to take advantage of the Bulk Upload feature is the easiest and most time-effective way of listing, updating, and maintaining your extensive list of inventory items.
How to Upload Items in Bulk
If your inventory is available directly from your website and is presented in a spreadsheet format, we can harvest all of your available items without the need for any work from your end. Email us to get started!
Otherwise, you may use our Sample Excel Spreadsheet Template or refer to it as a guidline and send us your own file. The handful of basic, required fields are highlighted in red. Email your inventory to us and we'll upload your itemized inventory, generally within two (2) business days. Please refer to the table below for detailed spreadsheet requirements.
We will notify you once your inventory has been uploaded. You'll then simply Purchase a Gold or Platinum subscription and formally Register as an EquipFlip seller.
The Bulk Upload Process: Submission and Maintenance
If you have a wide range of equipment, and wish to upload items to be placed into more than one main category (or specific subcategory), you will simply need to include your desired subcategories on your spreadsheet.
There is a limit on the number of listings per Excel file; it must contain 20 or more, but less than 5,000 items.
Following any initial inventory spreadsheet submission, participants may submit revised / updated inventory item lists for bulk upload as often as desired, and shall be afforded two options for maintaining their uploaded inventory:
Submit another spreadsheet featuring only newly added inventory items. In this scenario, all previously uploaded items in your previous spreadsheet shall remain in place and unchanged.
Submit another spreadsheet featuring your entire available inventory items. In this scenario, you’ll simply be sending us a spreadsheet absent any items that had been sold since your previous upload, as well as including any items that had be added to your inventory. In other words, your first bulk upload shall be deleted from the site and replaced with each updated version. This option ensures that all listings will be current and accurate.
The Bulk Upload Excel Spreadsheet Explained
The Bulk Upload Excel Spreadsheet is a template that helps you to organize your inventory in preparation for bulk upload. Each Column Heading referenced in the table below is to be slotted into different columns. Fill in all of the inventory details at once, entering each item on a separate line of the spreadsheet. Please keep in mind that your first equipment item's information should begin on Line 2 of your spreadsheet, with the headings for each column placed onto Line 1.

Enter a title for your item here. Please keep in mind that the actual title of the listing will be used for the ad's browser page title, providing optimal search engine placement. Use a title that best describes your item. Try to include specifications such as the brand name or manufacturer, model number, etc. The idea is to make your title self-explanatory and most distinctive. Do NOT use HTML format here.

Description (required field)
Enter the description for your item here. This is an important part of your listing, as this is what buyers read before making a purchase decision. Include the special features of the item, and restate the brand name, model number and additional specifications. You may also leave remarks on the quantity available and shipping terms. You may enhance the description by providing it in HTML format.

Enter the asking price [in US dollars] for your item.
